What are they

Most often people associate them with the visible porcelain crown. However, dental implants are just the small titanium screws, which are fixed in the bone and give the supporting structure for two additional elements, namely:

●  abutment
●  and the crown

They are made of titanium, as the material is characterized by unique ability to grow into the bone (so called osseointegration capability), merge with it, and is generally perfectly tolerated by human body.

Thanks to their:

●   light weight
●   strength
●   and natural look of the crown

they give full comfort, as the natural teeth do. Moreover, it is a long-lasting solution to the problem of missing teeth, especially in comparison with currently available alternatives.
